1: Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Like your local pharmacy, Pet Drug World requires a valid prescription
written by a licensed veterinarian, in order for us to dispense your pet's
prescription medications. When ordering from us please fax us a copy of your

2: Will I get the same medications my Veterinarian
prescribed?
Yes. Pet Drug World will fill your pet's prescription as written by your
veterinarian. Our pharmacist will never change a drug without your
veterinarian's authorization.

3: How can I pay for my order?
Pet Drug World accepts Visa and MasterCard. We also accept personal checks and
money orders, however, these must clear your bank before the medication will be
shipped, thus delaying the arrival of your order. We do not accept any other
credit cards or any other form of payment.

4: Are there any taxes or additional charges?
There are absolutely no hidden fees when you purchase with Pet Drug World. When
ordering, you are charged for your medications and our $10 shipping fee only.

5: Are there any limits on the type of prescriptions I can
have filled?
Pet Drug World legally cannot ship narcotics or controlled drugs and
benzodiazepine medications across the border. We will not fill any habituating
prescriptions.

6: Can I return my medications if I no longer need them?
To protect the safety of you and other parties involved once a prescription and
non-prescription medication has been dispensed it cannot be returned for any
reason. Under the pharmaceutical law prescription drugs are not returnable. All
sales are final. So, before completing your order please consult with your
veterinarian regarding your pet's medication.

7: What is the maximum amount of medication that I can
order?
According to the FDA you are allowed to order three (3) months supply. You are
free to order the maximum quantity provided on our website for all
over-the-counter medication.

8: Why can't I order more than a three month supply?
Our guidelines only allow for a three month supply to be dispensed. Exceptions
to this 3 month guideline are made when package size(s) dictate that you
receive a different amount of supply. This is to ensure that your medication is
dispensed safely in accordance with original manufacturer package size(s).

9: How long will it take for me to get my medication?
Pet Drug World strives to fill your order within one business day of receiving
all of your information. Once received, please allow 8-12 business days of
processing and shipping time.
